I created this quest because my players expressed an interest in buying a property and then making it profitable: It was therefore easy to combine business with pleasure, so they found themselves killing some monsters to free the breweries, which can be located in any city of your campaign, then they will be able to buy the property.The (mini) plot-twist
The goblins mentioned in the barracks are no longer there, they have been decimated by a series of oozes. There is also a small arcane altar inside the tunnels dug by goblins, if hit repeatedly with spells it will summon an Earth Elemental.Download
